Being a busy person I regularly find it hard to dedicate time to hobbies such as building a PC. After months of wanting a PC, I was in the market for pre built PCs. I came across and ad in Craigslist and what I saw was too good to be true. Affordable, high performing, and quality PCs — in my area! After all it wasn’t too good to be true. I quickly got in touch with Hung and within a week I had a high quality PC that I could enjoy with my friends. I has some questions and specifications I wanted and Hung was nothing but helpful and informative. What I once thought of being too good to be true, was a blessing! I love my PC, it turns on in seconds and performs well form my Valorant, Apex, League of Legends and streaming needs. You should check it out, you’ll be amazed! Customer service is exceptional and these products are hard to come by.

Was looking at website or few weeks before purchase so already kind of knew what I wanted I messaged him when I was ready to purchase and he was just great to work with. told him what i wanted/needed and recommended me a great build for a great price and was able to pick up my pc that same day.

I bought an upgraded Cybercat Legend and Hung was super helpful! He was very informative and was able to bring the price down a bit lower than I expected. He even offers 6 month warranty for free! My GPU was actually experiencing some issues and he responded to my texts very quickly. As the issue seemed to be isolated in the GPU he simply replaced it with a new one and solved the issue within minutes! Now it works great and I have no complaints. Highly recommend purchasing a pc from here if you don't want to spend time learning about parts and building your own

I'm a streamer and had very specific needs for my PC, but on a very tight student budget. He was able to work with me to take usable parts from my old PC and put them in a new one - all within budget. He's super responsive and happy to help with any problems I've run into (which hasn't been many) and he has been able to fix them all. The PC is even better than I was hoping for. I'm so happy with it!

This is our 2nd pc we have purchased through Hung! He does excellent work and is very trustworthy. He goes above and beyond for his customers. We also had him fix my sons old pc,which was purchasedelsewhere. We will definitely be back soon. He's our new pc guy🙂

The process was short and simple. Hung also contacts you in a very timely fashion to set a date and time frame for when you'd like to grab your new pc. If you have any questions or comments, he is very responsive, so that's an A+ when it comes to trust. I love my new pc so much :-). Definitely made with great care and quality at a very affordable price. My friends also loved how clean his wiring was, and that credit is owed all to Hung. Sorry for the very late review, that's how much I currently enjoy having it! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. ♡

Paladin pc is very worth it you get over 100 fps on almost every game for the price of $450.Very great quality when i needed help hung always had the time to answer all of my questions.Very great pc worth the money.💯🤗

I bought the pantheon pc just in a different case and I gotta say at first I was looking at prebuilts until I came across cybercat pc the work is amazing it speaks for itself , I’ve had my pc for about 2 weeks now and I love it. The customer service was great i filled Out a form to have it built and kept in contact with when it was expected to be done. Overall excellent pc looks and performance , and excellent customer service thanks for the pc hung.

I purchased the Cybercat Legend and i Can say it was worth every penny. Im complety new to pcs and when I was recommended by a friend you can say the pcs were amazing. I finally decided to buy the legend and it was one of the best things I ever decided to do. All I can say is thanks to Hung I have obtained my dream pc.

I bought this pc for my son as a xmas gift vin was very communicative polite and friendly he took the time to explain details and most important he made an effort to have it ready on time for xmas my son was surprised and. I purchased the Storm, but requested for the Lotus casing. This is my first desktop and gaming computer and I love it. Its faster than what I am use to, pretty and quiet. Anyway, It took me weeks to look for a computer that I wanted. All these others places were asking over $1000 for the spec that I was looking for and I just couldn’t do it. Then I came across CYBERcatPC.com and there it was; exactly what I wanted and way below my price range. I didn’t know much about computers, but Hung explained everything thing I wanted to know. By that back and forth interaction and how he handled it, began my trust to purchase from him. Trade off went great, took it home and set it up, but for some reason the Windows wasn’t working right. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t mess with my computer right away and it was late to contact him, but I let him know and we worked through it to get it fixed. I mentioned this part because most people get a bit weary about how the seller reacts when their product isn’t up to par. I wanted people to feel at ease that Hung will stand by his hard work to get it fixed. He does it with patience and class. Thank you Hung for my wonderful computer.
